I don’t hire on certifications

A badge is a study path. It is for people who have not yet been the name on a failing system. That is a fine way to start. It is not how I sell work, and it is not how I read a résumé.

I have watched certified designs die in production with green AWS dashboards and a Well-Architected slide in the deck. I have watched teams with no logo row recover because they had traces, a blast-radius map, and someone who stayed past the postmortem.

If you need a certificate wall to trust me, I am not your hire. The résumé is the systems catalog: what was on fire, what we decided, what the numbers did, what I would not do again.

If production is down, put LIVE in the subject. I’ll tell you the same day if I can come in.
